From June 6th to 7th, Dalian Sunflowers Handicrafts Co., Ltd. organises related staff to attend the Team Building Meeting & Campaign and all following activities held by Alibaba.
The meeting spot is at the Rose Hall of the famous Dalian Bangchui Island Hotel, where the participants can enjoy breathtaking coastal sights, gardens, natural forest and lawn views.
The campaign lasted for 2 days, inviting many renowned and successful entrepreneurs and professional lecturers to carry out lectures and lessons of the organization of the enterprise. The contents covered a wide range from the starting stage arrangement for a company, team-establishment and developing, orientation of the market, to the efficient application and organization on the apps and systems in the company.
At the night of June 6th, staff attend the Alibaba Milk Cow Feast Party, joining interesting activities and games and having closer contact and friendship with our collaborators and new business partners.
The campaign brings our staff of management dept. to a higher level of conception, not only on the overall vertical management of the company, but also the horizontal developent for the future.
